Expressions of interest are being sought from community groups keen to work with young people who will live at the proposed $12 million Trinity Hill redevelopment in North Hobart.
The EOIs are open to community groups to provide tenancy, property management and support services for young people at the site.
When complete, the facility will be home to 46 young Tasmanians including up to 16 units suitable for young people living with disability.
By providing safe, secure accommodation and access to education and training facilities, the project is aiming to give tenants the best possible start in life.
An architect will work with key stakeholders on the design of the redevelopment.
An information session for interested community organisations will be held in Hobart on 7 May. Interested groups can register to attend by calling 03 6233 4908 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
General enquiries regarding the EOI should be directed to the Program Manager on 6233 8481 or email email@example.com, and the Expression of Interest package can be found at http://www.dhhs.tas.gov.au/trinity_hill.
Expressions of Interest must be received by close of business on Wednesday 22 May 2013.
