Request for Proposals - Provision of Out of Home Care Services – Special Care Packages

As part of the ongoing reform to Out of Home Care in Tasmania, Children and Youth Services, Department of Health and Human Services are developing a Register of Preferred Providers to deliver Special Care Packages for children with extra-ordinary needs.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) is currently open inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to express their interest in providing specialised care and/or services for children with extreme needs who require a specific support package. Each Special Care Package is developed to meet an individual child's needs, including therapeutic, medical, disability or similar supports and may or may not include an accommodation component.

Successful organisations will be included on the Register which will be used by Children and Youth Services when a Special Care Package is required.

Closing: 2pm, Friday 19 June 2015
