The Corumbene Nursing Home For The Aged provides a 24 hour residential accommodation and respite service.
Community Aged Care Packages contact available all day, seven days a week.
Department of Veterans Affairs services available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Residential accommodation: Referral through a GP, Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) is required.
Residential respite accommodation: Referral through a GP and Carer Respite Centre is required.
Community Aged Care Packages: Referral through a GP and ACAT is required.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Packages: Referral is required from the DVA.
Residential accommodationis subject to personal circumstances and is determined by the Aged Care Act 1997. For details, please contact the Administration Manager.
