Compliments and Suggestions

Everyone likes to receive compliments, and the staff at Clare House is no exception! Compliments help us to know what we are doing well, and make sure we continue to provide this type of service to you and to others. If you are happy with the service you receive, please let us know:

  • Speak with your clinician and tell them what you like about working with them.
  • Tell the staff in reception about your positive experience.
  • Write a letter / email to the Clare House Team Leader expressing your positive experiences.
  • Fill in a feedback form with your compliment or suggestion - you can mail or email to Consumer Liaison (details below) or place it in the Suggestion Box at reception.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you have the right to make a complaint using the following steps. You may wish to have a friend, family member or advocate to support you.
