12 July 2018 Business class flights The Commonwealth Secretary for Health requested my attendance at meetings in Canberra with the Secretary, Deputy Secretary and the COAG Health Council Secretariat on 6 July 2018 to discuss the Review of the National Funded Centres Report. The Commonwealth DoH requested I arrange business class flights as per COAG (illegible) policy through our travel provider, and the cost of flights would then be reimbursed by the COAG Health Secretariat. 30 August 2018 Gift Voucher A gift voucher for three, one-hour coaching sessions with Tiffany Joy Baxter, a professional coach, consultant and facilitator. The voucher has to be redeemed by November 2018. I won this voucher as a lucky door prize at the last session of the National Nursing Forum. The forum ran from 28-30 August inclusive and was held at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. I plan on giving this voucher to my manager, Anne Wells, ADON, TIPCU as she will get more professional benefit of the coaching sessions than I will. $600.00 Australian College of Nursing (CAN)
