Helpful websites

There is a wide range of information available on the internet about cancer and cancer treatments. The Cancer Support Centre does not endorse any particular websites, however we can suggest the following sites as a good place to start your research.

The Cancer Support Centre is staffed by skilled and compassionate volunteers from the RHH and Hospice Volunteers South.

This centre is not intended to provide clinical advice. If you would like specific advice, please contact your health team.

The Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) is Tasmania’s largest hospital and provides a number of state-wide services.

RHH forms an integral part of the Tasmanian Health Services - South (THS-South), which was set up in 2011 to better meet the needs of our community.

THS-South links hospital and community health services so our patients and clients can be linked to the services they need as close to home as possible.

The RHH encourages feedback from patients, relatives and visitors so we can continually enhance our services. If you would like to provide feedback please contact the Manager, Consumer Liaison Service on 6166 8154.
